01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdf77 ("bdf77", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bdf77 website at https://bdf77.io, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all services offered through these platforms (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing any bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the bdf77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement. Use of the bdf77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bdf77 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to close any account that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 21 or above. Any balance held in an underage account will be forfeited.

Geographic Access. The Platform is operated with Bangladeshi players as its primary intended audience. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bdf77 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdf77 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Registration Information. When creating your bdf77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bdf77. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under your own name or under another name, using a different mobile number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited. bdf77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

03 Account Management

Password Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdf77 account password and any other login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bdf77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdf77 customer support immediately at [email protected].

Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as inactive. bdf77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing the registered email address with written notice of the intended fee. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your bdf77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed. Balances subject to active wagering requirements at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Account Closure by bdf77. bdf77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where bdf77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, prohibited conduct has occurred, or that the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. bdf77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdf77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however bdf77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the player's bdf77 account in real time or within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 BST, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business window. bdf77 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours in cases requiring additional verification.

Withdrawal to Original Method. For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. bdf77 may request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Transaction Fees. bdf77 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees, over which bdf77 has no control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms. From time to time, bdf77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual offer terms. bdf77 reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless specifically permitted by the offer terms. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse. bdf77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; using structured low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; and colluding with other players to meet rollover conditions artificially. bdf77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where abuse is detected.

Promotional Changes. bdf77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions tied to specific events (such as BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh) are only valid for the duration specified in the applicable promotion terms.

06 Betting Rules

Placement of Bets. All bets placed on bdf77 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. bdf77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where an obvious error has occurred and is reported immediately.

Obvious Errors. Where bdf77 erroneously offers or accepts a bet at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, bdf77 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake at its sole discretion. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that deviate materially from the true market price and that a reasonable bettor would recognise as erroneous.

In-Play Betting. bdf77 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. bdf77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, including during wicket falls, injury stoppages, or technical disruptions to the live data feed.

Event Cancellations. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time specified in the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is temporarily suspended and then resumed within 24 hours, all pre-match bets remain valid.

Maximum Winnings. bdf77 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps on individual markets or event types. Where applicable, these caps will be communicated in the relevant market's terms. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be limited to the cap amount at bdf77's sole discretion.

07 Casino Games

Game Providers. Casino games available on bdf77 — including live casino, slots, bingo, and game shows — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by the rules set by its respective provider. bdf77 makes these rules available within each game interface.

Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on bdf77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by the player, bdf77, or any third party. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, the round in question may be voided and the applicable stake refunded. bdf77 will not honour purported winnings resulting from a documented software malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays" applies across all casino game products.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdf77 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to bdf77 promptly.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdf77 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its infrastructure, or any other player's account.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any wagering strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of these Terms.

09 Responsible Gaming

bdf77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we have a duty to provide tools and support to help those players manage their activity.

Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the bdf77 Platform by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from within their account dashboard. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.

Session Reminders. Players may activate session time reminders that will notify them at specified intervals during an active gaming session.

Cooling-Off Periods. Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their account will be suspended and no bets may be placed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdf77 Platform — including but not limited to the bdf77 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of bdf77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdf77.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bdf77 under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is a breach of the applicable licence and may give rise to separate legal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

No Warranty. The bdf77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bdf77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdf77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions. bdf77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bdf77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure. bdf77 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond bdf77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or civil unrest.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bdf77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdf77 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and will post a notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdf77 operates as an online platform serving Bangladeshi players and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and transparently.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and bdf77, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. bdf77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. bdf77 is committed to resolving all disputes in good faith.

Finality of Results. The results of all games, sporting events, and bet settlements recorded by bdf77's systems are final. bdf77 will only reopen a settled result in cases of clear and demonstrable system error. Disputes based solely on the player's disagreement with a result or odds decision will not be upheld.
